A Closer Look
InstaMAT for Blender now supports Blender 4.2 and 4.3, alongside the ability to use meshes as inputs. Significant improvements have been made to the user experience, with immediate loading of custom user packages upon setting a new User Path, as well as an improved library search experience. The updated interface also introduces options for exporting textures to custom paths, setting execution size limits, and adjusting quality when exporting textures as JPG.
InstaMAT for Unreal Engine now supports UE 5.4 and 5.5 and greatly reduces the overall package size for improved performance and resource management. Other significant improvements include better memory management, fixes for crashes related to unsupported input types and UV scaling, and a streamlined workflow with fewer dependencies for graph instances. The UI has seen several upgrades, such as mesh previews for graph output nodes, local search support, and a refined texture export interface.
